Conor McGregor was clearly amused after welterweight champion Belal Muhammad had some trouble getting into the cage to face off against Shavkat Rakhmonov.

Rakhmonov beat Ireland’s Ian Garry to book a title shot against Belal Muhammad.

But, things took a strange turn when UFC security failed to recognise the Welterweight champion as he entered the Octagon for a face-off with Rakhmonov.

Joe Rogan called for security to let Muhammad into the cage, which led to McGregor posting a voice note on X manically laughing at the champs misfortune.

McGregor lets rip at Muhammad.

He said: “The security doesn’t know he’s the champ?!”

“Look at the state of this one. The security doesn’t know he’s the champ! I’m not surprised, motherf—er! Aah, mate! He is an a—hole.”

“Shut your mouth you little dope, you barely got into the ring!” he added. “They don’t even know you’re the champion! Who’s this f—ing guy? Who da f— is that guy, the security said, yeah?”
