Conor Benn returns to the ring on February 3rd against Peter Dobson and is looking for a big 2024.
The Brit’s career has stagnated in recent times but should he be victorious against Dobson he will be looking to challenge some of the big names in the division.
And speaking to IFL TV, Benn was asked exactly who he would like to face in the remainder of the year and he named Mario Barrios and Devin Haney but claimed that a fight with Jaron Ennis looked unlikely.

He said: “I’d probably go Barrios [the WBC interim welterweight champion] and then [WBC super lightweight champion] Haney, you got [Boots] Ennis as well but his dad, who’s his mouthpiece said he’s not interested in the fight, so it’s mad because you’ve got me calling the guys and they’re saying they don’t want to fight.
“Whoever, I mean that, I was willing to go up to 160, I’ll fight any man at 147. I’m confident in my mindset and my ability. I’ll beat any man.”
