The country is waking up this morning and looking at the damage that was caused after #StormEowyn. Unfortunately for Connacht GAA, it looks like the Connacht Dome has been completely destroyed.Â

That’s a shame – was there just last weekend and it’s a brilliant facility. Hopefully not too difficult to rebuild as the infrastructure is there.
God that’s awful to see. My daughter played a college game down there last year and it’s a hugely impressive facility.That’s brutal. One of the tennis clubs up here has a similar setup which they have to deflate if there’s stormy weather forecastWas it left blown up in the wind surley it was let down . Maybe that’s not possible 🤔. Sad to see but GAA hq have the coin to build it up again
