News is coming out today according to RTE that the famous Cusack Park in Ennis is to be renamed Zimmer Biomet Páirc Chíosóg for the next three years, and it is understood there is an option to extend the partnership for a further two years.

The American based firm employ around 1,000 people in Ireland.
Zimmer Biomet in Shannon has been a major employer in Clare for the last 16 years. The company has another facility in Galway and specialises in the manufacture of orthopaedic medical devices, including dental implants and prostheses for joint replacements.
Some things should be sacred & remain so.
It should be Cusack Park nó Páirc Chíosóg, in honour of the founding father of the GAA.

Tbf least they kept Cusack park in the naming took lot of outrage for cork gaa and Musgrave to keep Pairc ui Chaoimh in naming.
