Reece James will undergo surgery on a hamstring injury as he is expected to be out for 3-4 months.

The English right-back is arguably one of the best players in his position in the world, but he has been plagued with injuries throughout his career.

James was handed the captain’s armband by Mauricio Pochettino at the start of the season but has only made four starts so far.

After limping off with a hamstring injury during the Everton defeat, it has been revealed that he will have to undergo surgery and could be out for up to four months.
