That’s according to leading football journalist Fabrizio Romano, who claimed on Monday afternoon that the Rossenari and Chelsea are close to finalising the defender’s move.
Tomori has spent the most part of the 2020-21 season on-loan in Milan.
Following what has been a hugely successful temporary spell, the English defender now looks certain to turn his switch permanent.
According to Romano, AC Milan will complete the signing of Tomori on a five-year contract ‘soon’.
Furthermore, full-backs Emerson, Zappacosta, and midfielder Bakayoko are also heading for the Stamford Bridge exit.
