Chelsea and Real Betis will face each other in the Conference League final in Wroclaw, Poland, on Wednesday night.

Ugly scenes emerged from Wroclaw in a shocking moment as local police sprayed tear gas on Chelsea fans to force them apart.
Several videos and images have been circulated on social media showing fierce clashes between the two sets of fans outside the city’s bars and restaurants.

A group of people were seen smashing chairs and hurling glasses at one another. Riot police quickly arrived on the scene, and they were seen spraying tear gas.
According to The Sun, two sides lobbed missiles at one another from the cover of two different pubs.

Sounds of glasses smashed and furious shouting emerged, and it appeared that police weren’t prepared to tackle the brawl.
The local police force said: “The uniformed officers reacted immediately after the incident, which resulted in no further escalation of the conflict or negative behaviour.

“The fans scattered in different directions and currently the police officers of the criminal division are conducting activities aimed at identifying them.
“The number of preventive and operational police forces and their saturation is so large in places where residents and sports fans gather or move around that everyone can feel safe.”
Chelsea could become the first team to win all three European titles, and the fans will hope that their team won’t be distracted by the pre-match drama.
