Tomori has been at Chelsea since 2005 where he played as a youth player until graduating to the senior team in 2016.
Since making the jump to senior football the 23-year-old has been on several loan spells to Brighton & Hove Albion, Hull City and Derby County.
According to Romano’s tweet it seems that AC Milan director Paolo Maldini is desperate to get a hold of the young centre-half as Milan look to bolster their squad in the January transfer window.
Tomori will go initially on loan and according to The Standard Milan will have the option to buy the Chelsea man for £25 million.
