The worst news ever for Chelsea fans hit today that the UK government are set to introduce ‘Russia Regulations’ and Chelsea fans will no longer be allowed attend the matches unless your a season ticket holder.

Chelsea can no longer give new contracts to players or make transfers, so that Abramovich can no longer profit from his ownership of the west London side. Is this the right call from the UK government? Will the Russian really lose out or will the workers at the club lose out?

If the point reduction happens and Chelsea go into administration, this could spell disaster for the club!
