Buffalo Bills player makes BIG admission regarding future

Buffalo Bills safety Jordan Poyer has admitted he would love to stay with the Buffalo Bills if the opportunity presented itself.

The 2013 7th-round pick was made a free agent at the end of the Bills’ season after they were defeated by the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL Divisional Round at the end of January.

Poye moved to the Bills in 2017 from the Cleveland Browns, his presence with the former elevating them to the next level which has made them one of the most feared teams in the NFL.

Speaking to Talksport ahead of the Superbowl this Sunday, Poyer said he would happily stay if the Bills if they offered him an extension.

Of course I’d like to stay out there. I feel like I’ve built great relationships with the guys I’ve been with these past six years, so I’d love to be back out there because I also feel like we have unfinished business.

But I know that the first thing they tell you when you come into this league is that it’s a business. I’m going enjoy this free agency period for what its worth and if an opportunity to stay comes up, I’ll take it but I’m not going to be upset if it doesn’t.”

The NFL free agency begins officially on March 15th, so teams will no doubt be keeping an eye on Poyer’s situation if the Bills cannot find a fresh agreement with him.
