A move by the new Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel today has shown just how serious he is about his players performing well as he used Callum Hudson-Odoi as an example.

Subbed on at half time for Tammy Abraham who seemed to pick up a knock, Thomas Tuchel had absolutely no problem subbing Hudson-Odoi off again in the 76th minute after a very poor 30 minutes on the pitch.
He was involved in a double substitution in the second half that saw Hakim Ziyech and Jorginho come onto the pitch as Tuchel was clearly going for the win.
A double substitution.

Fans didnβt seem to understand why CHO had been hooked out of the team after just 30 minutes with no sign of injury but Tuchel clearly wasnβt impressed by his performance and when he has such amazing talent on the bench, Hudson-Odoi needs to realise he has to perform or he will be dropped.
Tuchel now seems to be treating his players the same way the Chelsea board treats the managers at the club.
