Wexford had a massive win against Kilkenny yesterday evening at home in Wexford Park, a win that gets them into the quarter-finals of the All-Ireland. It was very impressive especially after the Yellow Bellies could only manage a draw against Westmeath last weekend.
Kilkenny will now face Galway in the Leinster hurling final in Croke Park, another massive game against Brian Cody’s Kilkenny and Henry Shefflin’s Galway. Brian Cody wasn’t too pleased when asked about facing Henry Shefflin and Galway again by former Cork goalkeeper Anthony Nash.
