The former Dublin footballer and seven time All-Ireland winner Bernard Brogan took to his twitter this week to be full on honest in his assessment doing corporate gigs when he was with the Dublin footballer and how it was handled by the manger.
Taking to social media the Dubliner revealed that the squad agreed to establish a pot when Pat Gilroy took charge of the Blues.
He says a percentage of all individual earnings from corporate events was agreed to be distributed amongst the squad, so that all players would earn from the events.
Brogan says he saw it as a ‘win, win’ situation as it removed the possibility of animosity within the squad.
