Arsenal are set to lodge a second bid for Ollie Watkins with fellow Villa forward Jhon Duran expected to leave the club.
Duran is poised to undergo a medical with Al-Nassr ahead of the big money move worth €77million (£64.5m) plus add-ons.
Duran was on the bench for Villa’s entertaining 4-2 win over Celtic that booked their place in the last sixteen of the Champions League competition.

TNT Sports report that the striker could be seen handing out gifts to team-mates and staff in the tunnel after the game, suggesting his exit is imminent. When asked about on Duran and Watkins’ futures, Villa boss Unai Emery said: “I don’t know if Jhon Duran is leaving.
“But if he is, it is good news for us because he is leaving because it is good money. It is for the club, the players and the team. I don’t know if he will leave or not. Watkins is our striker.”
Arsenal are expected to make another move for Watkins but Emery will not be too keen on losing both of his talented strikers in the January window.
Former Villa star Gabby Agbonlahor was not impressed Arsenal’s transfer big for the England international.
“The audacity of Arsenal on the eve of the game – a massive game tonight for Villa against Celtic – to put in a bid of £60million for Ollie Watkins to go sideways to Arsenal.
“The audacity of this football club. I’m in shock here. Villa fans are going to the game in good spirits and now both of our star strikers have had bids in for them. How unsettling is that for both of the players tonight?”
