Aston Villa are providing the fans with the opportunity to exchange their ‘Grealish, 10’ shirts, should they have got their former skipper’s name printed onto their home shirt.
That’s according to the Daily Mail, who report that Grealish was, as you’d probably expect, a popular choice for Villa fans who bought the club’s new strip ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
While there have been rumours circulating that Grealish was set to leave Villa Park for some time, the optimists among the Villa fanbase were clearly prepared to put their money on the line.

Thankfully, they’ve been given the chance to save face by the club, who are prepared to exchange any shirts with ‘Grealish, 10’ which were purchased between July 14th and August 5th, as the Daily Mail report.
That’ll give them the opportunity to wear the name of one of their new heroes, whether it be Emi Buendia or Leon Bailey, rather than a man who they’re probably not too keen on right now.
