These derbies fall into a common trend, usually, the home team wins especially in Tottenham’s case. Arsenal hasn’t won away to their hated rivals since 2014 when Mikel Arteta was playing in midfield.
The latest match will be just as heated as ever, with Arsenal still having nightmares from their trip to their neighbours at the end of last year.
Conte, in traditional fashion, has already got fans riled up by throwing a scathing remark at Arsenal when asked about their recent FA Cup charges.
“To intimidate and create a bad atmosphere is not fair. I hate the people who try to do it.” Conte said.
But the Italian did begrudgingly give Arsenal their roses.
🗣️ “They [Arsenal] are in the right direction. They are top of the table and they are deserving, it’s not luck. Every game they show to be a good, really strong team.”
