🚨 Anthony Joshua’s six-word reaction to Deontay Wilder getting knocked out by Zhilei Zhang has been revealed

Zhilei Zhang knocked out Deontay Wilder in round five of their contest.

Anthony Joshua could have faced Deontay Wilder next if the American had put on a decent performance.

Coming off the back of a lacklustre performance against Joseph Parker the former WBC heavyweight champion needed a big KO win to put himself back at the top table of the division.

Once again though ‘The Bronze Bomber’ was gun shy and looked a shadow of his former self. Zhang hardly set the world alight himself but managed to get rid of Wilder in the end.

His Excellency Turki Alalshikh had hinted before the main event that he wanted to make a Joshua vs Wilder fight but the fighter from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, once again fluffed his lines and now looks more likely to retire after only one win in his last five contests.

Anthony Joshua was at ringside and was asked by DAZN whether it was disappointing to see Wilder lose the way he did, Joshua replied: “Nah, it is what it is.”

Next up for ‘AJ’ could be a September showdown at Wembley with Daniel Dubois who put in a spirited performance to defeat Filip Hrgovic via a doctor’s stoppage (cuts).

Who wins a clash between Joshua and Dubois? Let us know in the comments.
