The former Rangers and Scotland player Ally McCoist gives some lovely words and a fitting tribute to Walter Smith who passed away today after his battle with cancer. The former Everton and Rangers manager was 73 and will be remembered for being a legend of the game and a really nice man.

Rangers defeated St. Mirren at the weekend two goals to one and I’m sure this weekend coming at the IBrox the tributes will be paid to their former player and boss Walter Smith. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends at this time, may he rest in peace.
