RB Leipzig striker Alexander Sorloth has been forced to take to Twitter to ask Trabzonspor fans to STOP asking him to join their club on social media.
Sorloth, formerly of Crystal Palace, had a hugely successful spell in Turkey with Trabzonspor, scoring 33 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions.
He subsequently earned himself a move to RB Leizpig, where he is playing his football now, but very much against the will of the Trabzonspor fanbase, as they have demonstrated.
Sorloth’s latest Instagram post, which is merely a picture of him training with the Norway national side, amassed over 3.2 million comments, and counting.

Trabzonspor fans are seemingly desperate to convince Sorloth to make the decision to return to the club, but it looks as though their tactics may well be working against them.
The striker has taken to Twitter to request that the fanbase leave him alone and stop spamming him with comments asking him to rejoin the club.
Hi Trabzonspor fans,
I appriciate your love and support but please stop calling and sending me messages. It makes my life very stressful. Enough is enough.— Alexander Sørloth (@Asorloth) June 2, 2021
As you could probably have guessed, the Trabzonspor supporters have taken this tweet as an opportunity to spam him some more.
