Alejandro Garnacho was spotted on crutches after Manchester United’s 0-0 draw with Southampton on Sunday afternoon.
The Red Devils suffered another disappointing result in the Premier League, drawing 0-0 with relegation side Southampton in an underwhelming performance.
They were not helped by the fact that their star player, Casemiro, was sent off after 34 minutes for a ‘reckless’ challenge.
It was the Brazilian’s second sending-off of the season meaning he will miss four games instead of three.

To make matters worse, their young starlet Alejandro Garnacho was spotted on crutches after the game, the Argentine picked up a knock on the pitch.

This will be a huge blow to Erik ten Hag’s side, the youngster has been extremely impressive over the past few weeks and although making a lot of appearances off the bench, is a crucial player.
His absence will be especially felt considering that the side is fighting on all fronts as we approach the end of the campaign.
