The former Munster and Ireland number six Alan Quinlan was enjoying his weekend as Munster picked up their first piece of silverware since 2011. The Tipperary native tweeted out did anyone see his mother please tell her to go home.
Former International referee Nigel Owens couldn’t help but respond to Quinlan’s tweet.
My highlight of refereeing at Thomond Park was always have a chat with your mother after the game. Especially when she always told me “don’t you take any nonsense from my son Nigel you have my permission to sort him out “😂😉😂

What a result that was for Munster at the weekend and one that the brand of Munster rugby badly need after a very disappointing few years for the province.
Munster and Graham Rowntree will hope to build on that going into next season, as the players now break for their summer holiday and then the Irish players will head to camp for a massive build up to a massive tournament…
