In fact, the Villareal winger was just about to undergo his medical in Merseyside when he got a call from North London.
Now just 24 hours later, it has been confirmed that he has signed for Tottenham Hotspur on loan until the end of the season.

This news must really hit hard if you are an Evertonian, especially considering the fact that you may lose Anthony Gordon to Newcastle before the window shuts.
Danjuma would’ve been the perfect player to bring in until the end of the season to help in their fight to stay up.
