Sheikh Jassim will walk away from Manchester United if he has to overpay to secure ownership of the club.
The Qatari billionaire is one of many interested parties looking to buy the English club and submitted a £4.5 billion bid to the Glazers last month.
But the Glazer family have the club valued at around the £6 billion mark and will reportedly not sell the club if their valuation isn’t met.
According to recent reports, Sheikh Jassim does not want to overpay for Manchester United and if pushed will walk away from the deal completely.

The Glazers also received a bid from Sir Jim Ratcliffe but that was again, well below their perceived value.
All parties are set for a meeting later this month to discuss the possible takeover.
