Manny Pacquiao announced early this morning that he would be rematching Floyd Mayweather in a repeat of their 2015 clash next year.

After years of anticipation, the two faced off in the ring almost a decade ago with many fans left wanting more after the end of the bout.

The American won the fight by unanimous decision but they are now set to run it back with Pacquiao announcing the bout on RIZIN’s MMA event last night.

‘Next year, I hope to see you in Japan again with a big fight against Floyd Mayweather. I’m excited for that. Thank you for all your support in RIZIN all these promotions, and thank you Sakakibara-san.’ He said.
