The former Leinster and Ireland full-back Rob Kearney & his wife Jess Redden are expecting their first child together. The influencer took to her Instagram to make the announcement with a load of people congratulating the couple online.

Fair play to the two of them and good luck. Kearney was some player for Ireland, still Ireland’s most capped full-back and played for the Lions also. The Louth native is currently a pundit for Virgin Media Ireland and also he went back playing a bit of Gaelic football only last year.

Just a great athlete all round the former Leinster and Irish full-back.

I’m sure he’ll be on Virgin Media again this weekend when Ireland take on Italy in Rome.
