Nate Diaz’s bout with Jake Paul may have to be moved from Texas.
The pair are due to meet on August 5th in Dallas in what will Diaz’s first professional boxing bout.
But with Texas having a no-tolerance policy to marijuana it is looking like it might be a problem.
Diaz took to Twitter to post :
“We gonna have to move states.” With a GIF from ‘The Simpsons’ hinting at the obvious.

Fans were quick to comment on his not so subtle post:
One said, ‘We all knew this.’
A second added, ‘Move the fight to a state that isn’t living in the 1920s.’
A third commented, ‘I think he is talking about moving his fight with Jake from Texas to somewhere else. Texas is very harsh when it comes to Marijuana.’
