Andrew Tate posted a video of himself on the pads, it’s received a mixed reaction online.
Tate was indicted on Tuesday along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian female suspects for human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.
They are currently under house arrest pending an investigation into abuses against seven women.
But one of the things he can still do is train and the former kickboxer posted a video captioned:

Social media users flooded the Tweet with responses with some being critical while others praising the controversial social media star.
One said, ‘This training is so fucking bad LMAO 😠if you’re even lightly a boxing fan like, come on now.’
Another added, ‘Kick boxing/boxing. He’d get chewed up by local Scouse amateurs. The fucking state of that 😂.’
A third replied, ‘Man’s a beast.’
