Tottenham’s director of football Fabio Paratici has been handed a whopping two-and-a-half-year ban for his ‘false accounting’ involvement with Juventus.
The Old Lady is in big trouble as they have just been slapped with a whopping 15-point fine from the Serie A. The club was prosecuted for allegedly misrepresenting financial losses between 2018-2020. This coincides with the time that Paratici was at the club.
Juventus allegedly used overinflated prices to bring in millions of euros in capital gains to help with their taxes.
Andrea Agnelli has also been banned for two years while Pavel Nedved received an eight-month ban.
Paratici joined Tottenham in 2021 and is responsible for bringing in some of their best players like Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentacur.
This puts Spurs in a very bad position only adding to their current woes.
