Pep Guardiola urged Manchester City fans to be more vocal after his side’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Saturday.
The treble winners were held to a stalemate against Jurgen Klopp’s title-challenging side after Trent Alexander-Arnold popped up with a superb goal late on.
For the first time this year, Manchester City have failed to win a game at the Etihad as their record now stands, 24 games, 23 wins and one draw.
Guardiola was spotted trying to get the home supporters going in the second half and claimed that it ‘felt very still’ after the game.
“I wanted some more noise, it felt very still. A little bit more, but maybe we’ll have to play a bit better to make them move a bit more,” he said.
Rival fans have used this as an opportunity to mock City supporters.
