Manchester United are set to go toe to toe with Arsenal for the signing of ‘the next Haaland’.
Rasmus Hojlund has been coined by many as ‘the next Haaland’ after his incredible performances in the Serie A for Atlanta this season.
The Danish striker has grabbed the attention of a host of clubs around the world including Real Madrid and Arsenal, with the Gunners said to be very keen on his signature.
But according to recent reports, Manchester United are said to be very interested in the 20-year-old as they look to add a new number nine.
Hojlund scored a hat-trick in his first international start for Denmark on Thursday in his side’s win over Finland.
The Red Devils have been linked with a host of strikers but the young Dane is seen as a more attainable option at a far cheaper price tag.
Manchester United have a concrete interest in Rasmus Hojlund, although there have been no formal meetings between the player’s representatives and the club so far.
