Manchester United may be forced to dip into the January transfer window as they struggle to cope with their current injury crisis.
The Red Devils held out for a 1-0 win against Luton Town at Old Trafford on Saturday evening as they look to bounce back from a devastating loss in the Champions League.
Although they won the game, United fans will come away worried as another two key players picked up injuries during the game.
Rasmus Hojlund was forced off the pitch with a suspected hamstring injury with Christian Eriksen going off earlier with a knee issue.
Erik ten Hag didn’t inspire confidence in the fan base with his his comment after the match.
“In this moment I can’t comment anything.” he said when questioned about the strikers injury.
“You have to wait 24 hours. Give them 24 hours to see what is the problem, if there is one.”
