Both Andre Onana and Marcus Rashford were forced off the pitch during their international fixtures on Friday night.
The last thing Erik ten Hag’s side need now are more injuries, especially with the intense Christmas period just around the corner.
The Manchester United goalkeeper limped off the pitch with just ten minutes to go during Cameroon’s 3-0 win against Mauritius.
He is suspected to have an injury to his adductor, but Cameroon officials have yet to comment on this.

Rashford on the other hand was involved in a heavy collision with Trent Alexander-Arnold on the hour mark, forcing Gareth Southgate to replace him immediately.
However, the England boss revealed that he is ‘probably okay’ after the game.
