Liverpool is reportedly trying very hard to poach Mason Mount from Chelsea after contract talks with the club stalled.
Since the arrival of Todd Boehly last year, Chelsea has spent a jaw-dropping amount of money on new players to add to an already bloated squad.
According to reports, the club are looking to offload a handful of stars in the summer to free up space and Mount might just well be one of them.

Liverpool is one of the teams interested in signing the young midfielder and has reportedly ramped up their interest after contract talks stalled.

‘It is always complicated, there’s always negotiations,’ Graham Potter said when questioned on the topic.
‘It is best that I leave it between Mason and the club.
‘It is the best way for that to be dealt with. As far as I am concerned, he is fantastic to work with.
‘He is an important player for us. I hope it gets resolved quickly.’
