Jose Mourinho brutally responded to Papu Gomez after it was announced that he would be serving a doping ban.
The Portuguese manager was sent off during Roma’s dramatic win against Monza on Sunday afternoon after taunting the opposition bench with crying gestures.
After the game, the Roma manager hit out at the Monza coaching staff before brutally responding to Gomez who played for the Italian side before getting banned.
“Gomez did not play in the Europa League Final.” he said.
“I think he did play against Juventus after getting a positive result. In any case, I don’t want to talk about this. If I get a cough, then I won’t take that syrup, or else I will be in trouble too.”
🇦🇷 Papu Gómez: “Mourinho? I only have one memory of him and that is winning the Europa League with Sevilla against him.”
