Ex-Chelsea player Izzy Brown has been forced to retire at the age of 26 after suffering from a severe injury.
Brown was tipped to be the next big star at Chelsea and a future England international by Jose Mourinho when he was just 17.
The 26-year-old spent seven years at Stamford Bridge but struggled to break into the starting eleven like many other academy players and was sent out on various loans.

He then made the move away from the club in 2021, joining Preston North End but he ruptured his achilles during pre-season and never played for his new side.
He confirmed on Thursday that after two operations and years off the pitch, he would be retiring from football at the age of 26.
