Eoin Cadogan has been named as the new senior hurling manager for Dungarvan.
The Cork hurling and Gaelic football star retired from the inter-county scene in 2021 and is now making the switch from player to manager.
Cadogan spent last year as an S&C coach with Killeagh senior hurlers and will be taking the big seat just over the border.
Dungarvan has been an ever-present side in the Waterford senior Hurling championship but majorly overperformed last season. After reaching the county final in four consecutive years, they were knocked out in the quarter-finals after a hammering at the hands of De La Salle.
Eoin Cadogan will coach the Dungarvan senior hurlers in 2023.
Dungarvan reached the Waterford SHC quarter-finals last year losing out to De La Salle.
