Conor Murray is set to start for Ireland against France on Sunday at scrum-half despite the serious accident his dad was involved in earlier this week.
His father, Glen Murray, was involved in a serious road collision when a truck collided with his bike just outside of his home on Tuesday.
He was taken to University Hospital Limerick first and then to Cork University Hospital to treat ‘serious head injuries’

Obviously, supporters had their doubts that Murray would tog out for their Six Nations clash against France but Ireland scrum coach John Fogarty, revealed that he is in ‘good form.’
“Yeah, he’s in good form, he’s back in with the group and he’s in good form and he’s looking forward to tomorrow,” said Fogarty.
“We wish his dad the very best from the squad and a quick recovery.”
