Chelsea is plotting to bring two more players into the club in January to strengthen their frontline with Ivan Toney and Victor Osihmen at the top of their list.
Despite spending a record amount of money in the last 12 months, Chelsea still feels like they need more firepower in order to compete in the Premier League.

The issues that hindered them so drastically last year have continued into this campaign, they can’t score goals despite signing a £35m striker in Nicolas Jackson.
With two world-class strikers now potentially on the market, Pochettino doesn’t want one but both of them to lead the line.
According to the Guardian, Chelsea will make a double swoop for both Toney and Osihmen in the January transfer window.
