Arsenal has been dealt a double blow as both William Saliba and Takehiro Tomiyasu came off injured inside the first twenty minutes of their Europa League game.Â
The Gunners currently host Sporting Lisbon at the Emirates in the second leg of their Europa League tie. Going into the fixture both sides were level on aggregate with the reverse fixture in Portugal producing some enthralling moments.
With the Premier League title race in mind, Mikel Arteta fielded a relatively weaker team but unfortunately was forced to make two changes inside the first 20 minutes.
Takehiro Tomiyasu was replaced by Ben WHite after picking up an injury before William Saliba hobbled off for Rob Holding.

It is unknown how bad the individual injuries are but with the side approaching the business end of the campaign, they will need everybody fit and available.
