Anthony Joshua made a statement by knocking out Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia.
Joshua didn’t hang around and sent the former UFC heavyweight champion crashing to the canvas with a huge right hand that put him to sleep in just the second round.
The Englishman dropped Ngannou three times in a devastating display that surely sends a warning to his heavyweight rivals.

Joshua in his post-match interview, had some classy words for his opponent.
He began by saying: “You’re an inspiration. You’d beat a lot of people. Don’t leave boxing – don’t leave.
“Dewey [Cooper, Ngannou’s head coach] – don’t leave boxing, you know. This guy is the truth.
“If you [Ngannou] need anything, let me know. We’ll speak another time. I’d love to support your foundation. We’ll speak another time.”
Next up for Joshua could be the winner of the undisputed clash between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk who are set to face each other on May 18th.
