Tyson Fury has been branded a “clown” for holding up the heavyweight division with his crossover fight against Francis Ngannou.
The Gypsy King meets the former UFC heavyweight champion in October but many fight fans have been left disappointed in the match-up.
It looked at one stage that a mouthwatering clash with Oleksandr Usyk for the undisputed crown may happen before talks broke down between their camps.

Heavyweight, Michael Hunter, shared his thoughts on the fight, speaking to SecondsOut he said,
“They want excuses and most of them make them, know what I’m saying.
“It’s a bad thing for boxing as a whole.
“I take my hat off to Francis Ngannou, to him and his team, for making that fight happen.
“There was an opening and an opportunity ’cause we basically got a clown holding the belts and it’s a bad situation.”
Is Fury to blame for the current state of the heavyweight division? Let us know in the comments.
Fury is a joke scared of main fights
We all know that Tyson is hard to negotiate with he keeps changing the goal posts first he says 70/30 not expecting Usyk to say yes then when Usyk says if I win the rematch should be 70/30 to me because I will have all the belts Tyson says no rematch if Usyk had of said OK no rematch Tyson would of changed it again so Usyk just said no that’s it but that is what Tyson wanted because it makes it look like the other fighter walked away
Fury made this fight impossible to happen with all his game playing and the tried to blame the Usyk camp.
All the true boxing fans know who was/is to blame for this fight not happening.
Does Fury actually think that the general boxing public believe his bullshit and there going to accept a fight against Ngannou as a replacement for Usyk.
I pray Fury don’t make a penny out of this Ngannou fight and I for one will never pay for anything Tyson Fury ever again.
I hope Usyk goes on to unify the heavyweight division and goes on to be one of the all time heavyweight best.
