Kyogo Furuhashi’s 67th minute goal gave them the lead and Oh Hyeon-gyu added another in the 80th minute to seal the title at Tynecastle.

The win means back-to-back Premiership titles under Ange Postecoglou and the 53rd in the club’s history.
