Former kick-boxer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are to face trial in Romania over the allegations of human trafficking and forming an organised crime group.

The Tate brothers along with two Romanian females suspects are currently under house arrest as investigations have been ongoing since the accusations that were made by seven women.

Andrew Tate has been charged with raping one of the victims as per the BBC.

They have denied the allegations.

And today Romanian prosecutors agreed to send all four suspects to trial.

The Tate brothers were first arrested at their Bucharest home in December.

In March, they were moved from custody to house arrest following a ruling by a Romanian judge.

A Romanian judge now has 60 days to inspect the case files before it can be sent to trial.

The trial will not start immediately and is expected to take several years.

Tate was quick to take to social media after the ruling.
