Footage of the moment fans fell as the railings collapsed during a fighter walkout at UFC 289 has emerged.
Mike Malott was making his way to the Octagon and greeting fans when suddenly a barricade gave way sending people to the floor.

A spokesperson for the arena issued a statement to MMA fighting.
They said:
“At tonight’s UFC event, as fans leaned over to greet the fighters, a railing fell down. Our arena staff worked quickly to relocate fans in the affected area and no serious injuries were reported.
“Venue security and staff remained on-site throughout the rest of the evening to ensure everyone’s safety.”
Thankfully no serious injuries were reported in what could have been an absolute disaster.
