Russia have held their first ever car curling tournament in the city of Yekaterinburg.
Russia’s first ever car curling tournament has been held in the city of Yekaterinburg after organisers thought up of the idea after a number of car accidents caused by black ice.
The game consists of four teams of 10 people who each pushed a small Russian-made Oka car towards a target painted on an ice rink, much like the standard game of curling.
Every team has nine attempts to get their three cars closest to the centre and they can even crash their vehicles into opponents to gain the upper edge. See for yourself here:
