Watch this classic Sunday League moment when a Goalkeeper playing in an Egyptian league was forced to remove his shin pads by the referee when he discovered that they were in fact a water bottle cut in half.
The ref confiscated the protective water pads and handed them to his fourth official and left the shot-stopper with the classic Sunday League problem – “Does anyone have spare shin pads?”
