World leading sports wear manufacturer Nike have released details about their newest creation, the Tiempo Legend 7.
Making the exceptional look easy, the latest iteration of the boot features integrated Flyknit, is 22% lighter than its predecessor and has an enhanced fit and comfort. Innovation details include:
Integrated Flyknit into premium leather for a more dynamic fit and improved lockdown, encase Flywire cables in the midfoot that can be adjusted for preference, as well as throughout the tongue area to help provide cushioned coverage atop the foot. Flyknit also helps the boot retain its shape.
Introduction of Fit-Mesh, making its debut as a floating lining to provide stability. It is woven to act like a Chinese finger trap – the more pressure you apply, the tighter it holds.
Soft, seamless leather throughout the forefoot that is fused with a thin foam to provide the touch and control benefits of quilting sans perforation.
Cushioned, articulated pods in the heel hug the foot in place for a plush feel.
A brand new Nike Hyperstability plate, designed for multi-directional movements has helped shave 60 grams off the boots and features a mixture of jagged conical studs, chevrons, and blades. As always, the precise traction pattern was refined through Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
The Tiempo Legend 7 will be available from nike.com 10th July.
