Granit Xhaka Will Wear These Special Boots For A Great Cause During Switzerland’s Final Qualifiers

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka will wear a special pair of football boots in support of those battling breast cancer during Switzerland’s final world two cup qualifiers in the coming days.

The 25 year old will be wearing a unique pair of pink boots made by Under Armour in support of those battling the disease during his countries final qualifiers against Hungary and Portugal.

The Swiss midfielder posted a picture of himself with the boots to his Instagram account with the message:

Breast cancer is a horrible disease that affects entire families. Not just women – but children, husbands, mothers and fathers back home. It takes enormous strength and courage to go to battle with such enemy every day of your life without losing hope.
I’ll therefore proudly wear their fighting spirit on my boots. @underarmourdach.

Switzerland head into their final two games top of Group B with 8 wins out of 8.
